Best slow cooked, this pork joint is cut from the underside (belly) of the pig. Boned and rolled, it is also easy to cook. Has a large layer of fat which keeps the meat moist and flavoursome during cooking.

Prices please note the price is £11.00 per kg and you will be charged on the exact weight which may vary slightly as all the produce is prepared fresh.
