FAQ's

Dogs are welcome in our heated marquee, where you can enjoy something to eat, this is accessible via the back of the building following our signposts. Unfortunately they are not allowed in the shop or the tearoom. They are allowed anywhere outside, as long as they are on a lead.

We don't take reservations in our tearoom, just turn up no problem and we will allocate a table upon placing your order. 

You can access all areas of the shop with a wheelchair, with two lifts on site and two disabled toilets.

Yes we do cater for Gluten Free. We can offer things like plated salads, jacket potatoes, soups, chips, Gluten free farmhouse breakfast. We also have gluten free bread so can also offer sandwiches along with toasties etc. We have a variety of gluten free cakes available as well such as roulades, meringues and muffins. Please note we do use a lot of gluten within the premises. If you let us know of any allergens when ordering the team will ensure they run you through all the options properly.

Unfortunately there are no electric car charging points on site at the moment.

Yes there are two these are located in the disabled toilets.

No picnics are prohibited on site however we have a lovely tea room where we offer fresh food and drinks.

Yes with the exception of Christmas Day (25th December), Boxing Day (26th December) & New Year's Day (1st January).

Please note the only days we are closed are those noted above.

There is a large car park. There are many people who come with larger vehicles and don't have issues.

There are two lifts located on site in order for everyone to visit our Gift Hall.

Yes we accept coaches please give us a call and provide us with an estimated time and numbers beforehand.
