The lean, tender meat has a natural covering of just the right amount of fat to baste it slowly as it cooks, ensuring a succulent, flavoursome finished result. Boned, rolled and hand-tied by our skilled butchers.

Collection please select your collection day at the checkout and complete the order. Please note you will not be charged at this point and we will take payment upon collection in store. 

Christmas Postal Orders please select Mainsgill Farmshop - Christmas Deliveries in the pick up box. Please be aware there must be someone available to sign and accept delivery on your chosen delivery date. We cannot be held Liable for failed delivery attempts and for goods to be returned to the courier depot. It Is The Customers Responsibility to ensure delivery can be made successfully.
