Tea Room Waiting Assistant

Artisan Pie Chef & Baker

Responsible for

  • Working on the checkouts and delivering high standards of customer service
  • Maintaining high standards of visual displays
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness of shop floor
  • Keeping work place clear and tidy at all times
  • Creating retail displays for both gifts and clothing products
  • Dealing with new deliveries, checking items and pricing ready for the shop floor.
  • Replenishing stock on the shop floor throughout the working day
  • Stock management

Attention to detail is key - we create unique retail displays in-house and are continually adding new products each week to the shop floor. Our local customers visit frequently, and love to see our new displays and products throughout the year. Our customers from further afield visit us seasonally throughout the year so they love to see our extravagant festive displays at Christmas, and bright coloured homewares during the summer months. A continual change and impeccable upkeep of displays and stock is a must to ensure the best shopping experience for each customer.

Butcher

Excellent opportunity to work within our growing award-winning butchery team. All our meat is home reared on our farm here in North Yorkshire, then butchered in our onsite butchery within our farmshop. All products from our butchery are showcased in our unique butchery counter within our popular busy food hall.

Our butchery team produce their own sausages, cure their own bacon, prepare fresh unique specials for our counter, produce their own burgers and bbq ranges, as well as traditional cuts of all meats, and supplying our on site kitchen with fresh produce for the kitchen team to make our own pies and ready meals for the shop floor/tearoom.
